ORDER

(order of the Court was made by Mr.P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 376 days in filing the CMA(MD)SR No.81386 of 2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled out of the Court and filed divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.152 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Trichy. 3.In view of the above submission, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, the CMA(MD)SR No.81386 of 2023, is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
