Prayer in WP(MD). 8628/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the High-tension Tower erected in the petitioner's agricultural land comprised in Survey No.97/9A situated at Thulayanatham Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.06.2015 made in W.P. (MD) No.8628 of 2015, has been duly complied with by the respondent herein and in proof of the same, a copy of the proceedings of the District Collector, Tiruchirapalli in e.f.vz;.M3/10181/2016, dated 12.08.2017, is also produced before this Court, wherein it is so specifically mentioned that the compensation amount has already been awarded to the petitioner.
