Prayer in WP(MD). 2532/ 2016 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.9, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (Napa.1) Department dt.27.01.2016 and the consequential impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2963/2015/C1 dated 01.02.2016 and quash the same as illegal.

To grant Ad-Interim stay of operation of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.9, Municipal Administration and Water supply (Napa.1) Department dated 27.01.2016 and the consequential impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2963/2015/C1 dated 01.02.2016 pending disposal of the above W.P(MD).2532 of 2016.

O R D E R

Alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 23.02.2016, made in WMP(MD).No. 2234 of 2016 in W.P.(MD)No.2532 of 2016., the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that against the order passed in WMP (MD).No.2234 of 2016 in W.P.(MD)No.2532 of 2016, this Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner and subsequently, the Writ Petition filed by him was allowed. He would further submit that against the order passed in the Writ Petition, the respondents have filed Writ Appeal before this Court and the same was dismissed. Thereafter, the respondents have filed Appeal before the Supreme Court and obtained interim order.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
