************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2017 and to remove the encroachment in Government Poramboke land classified as 'Vacant Places' in Survey Nos.17/2, 17/3 and Government Poramboke land classified as 'pathway' in Survey Nos.17/6, 17/10, 17/12, on the file of the Vetrilaimuriyanpatti, Chatrapulliyankulam Post, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District in accordance with law. 2/5
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that by virtue of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3930 of 2018 dated 26.02.2018, the encroachments have been removed in the survey numbers in question.
3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
