2.Heard Mr.S.Arunachalam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.M.Marichelliahprabu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.Today it is represented that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27.04.2018, the Management has paid the arrears of salary to the contempt petitioner.

4.Since the contempt petitioner was reinstated into service and arrears of salary is also paid, this contempt petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to agitate his further rights in the pending Writ Petition (MD).No.15092 of 2015.
