PRAYER : Contempt Petitions filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for the act of Contempt of Court for their disobedience of the orders dated 23.12.2011 passed in W.P(MD)No.14879 to 14881 of 2011. PRAYER IN WP(MD).NO14879 TO 14881 OF 2011 : Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioners in Selection Grade / Special Grade in the post of Elementary School HeadMaster by taking into account his entire service as Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher and Elementary School Headmaster by extending the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.232 School Education(G2) Department, dated 10.09.2009 in favour of the petitioners within a time fixed by this Court. For Petitioner :

COMMON ORDER This Court, by the order dated 23.12.2011, issued a direction to the petitioners to submit their detailed representations, mentioning their full particulars of service information to the respondents for fixing the pay of them in Selection Grade/Special Grade, in the post of Elementary School Headmaster and thereafter, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders at the earliest, preferably, not more than four months from the date of receipt of the said representations.
2.Contending that there is non-compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondents amounted to willfull disobedience to the order passed by this Court, the present contempt petitions have been filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the representations submitted by the petitioners have been considered and the request has been rejected, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.485/A/2014 and Na.Ka.No.408/A/2014, dated 03.06.2016.
4.Nothing survives for adjudication as the compliance has been reported. Hence, these contempt petitions are closed.
