Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling all records and files from the office of the respondents 1 and 2, pertaining to permission granted to run TASMAC shop with Bar in Door No.442-F, of Kongalapuram Village, T.Managaseri Panchayat, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District and quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent, vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.Ka.2/16192, dated 19.06.2017, permitting the second respondent to shift/transfer TASMAC shop which was previously running at Door No.6B, Kamak Road, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District as null and void. 2. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
