Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the basis of the notice issued by the authorities, the third respondent's Bakery has been closed and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition, which is agreed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
