************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 7 to take action on the basis of the petitioners representations dated 03.07.2017 and 26.07.2017. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner alleges certain misdeeds against the respondents 8 to 15 with regard to misappropriation of the amount collected from the public for temple festival. In this regard, the petitioner has made complaints before the 13th and 14th respondents and has also sent several representations to the concerned official respondents. Since there is inaction on the part of the official respondents, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that pending writ petition, a Fit Person has been appointed for the temple concerned and he has also taken charge of the temple. 4.The said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader has not been refuted by the learned Counsel 4/8

for the petitioner. Further, if the petitioner has got any grievance, he can very well approach the aforesaid Fit Person or the authority concerned for taking necessary action if there is any further misappropriation of the temple property.

5.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
