The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the First Respondent to expedite and complete his proceedings in Na.Ka. No.1591/06/Aa8/Thikal dated 27.07.2022.

Learned Counsel for the First Respondent has produced a copy of the Final Order dated 03.01.2023 passed in the said proceedings, which has been placed on record.

In view of the aforesaid action taken, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter, but it would not preclude the Petitioner, if he has any further grievance, from working out its rights before proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
