The petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime .No. 333 of 2008 pending on the file of the respondent police. 2.Upon the complaint of the second respondent/de-facto complainant, a case stands registered for offences under Section 465 IPC.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on completion of investigation, the case in Crime No.333 of 2008 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact'. He has furnished a copy of the final report in the case in Crime No.333/2008, which informs of the same having been closed as 'Mistake of Fact'. Recording the said submission, this petition is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
