ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioners seek issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. They have already given an application before the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interested persons shall also be put on notice before passing the final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
