Alleging that the order of this Court dated 17.12.2015 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.24030 of 2015 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the complaint in Crime No.653 of 2015 has been closed as 'mistake of fact' and RCS notice has been served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
