Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Letter No. 66858/CMPC/2013-2 , dated 22.08.2014 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the Respondents to provide the Selection Grade Scale of Pay of Rs. 15600-39100 +5400 to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court. ORDER

It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan that even before filing the contempt petition in the year 2016, the respondents in the writ petition, have filed the vacate stay petition in M.P(MD)No.4 of 2015 and the same is pending.

2.Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the parties to work out their remedy before the writ Court by agitating the matter in the vacate stay petition filed by the respondents in M.P(MD)No.4 of 2015. No costs.
