2. Mr.B.Rajesh Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the 2/4
petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal. He has made an endorsement to this effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is available to the writ petitioners to challenge the impugned order by way of appeal before the District Revenue Officer as well as notice dated 29.08.2025 under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 before the appropriate authority. They are also entitled to file applications for stay before the appropriate authority, that shall be disposed in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
