This application is filed to call for the records and quash the First Information Report registered by the respondents in Crime No.53 of 2013, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Taluk Police Station, Dindigul.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.89 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
