This writ petition is filed seeking for mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 10.08.2016 and 11.07.2017, wherein the petitioner has requested the respondent not to grant any building plan approval or assess property tax in respect of various survey numbers.

2.Heard Mr.M.Ramu , learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. without adverting to the averments made in the affidavit filed in this writ petition and considering the limited prayer, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 10.08.2016 and 11.07.2017 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
