ORDER
The petitioner seeking educational loan has submitted an application to the respondent bank and has filed this writ petition in the year 2017 for a direction to the respondent bank to sanction educational loan to the petitioner.
2.When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 10.03.2018 based on the representation of the respondent Bank that they would consider the petitioner's application, this Court has directed the petitioner to approach the 3rd respondent bank on or before 25.07.2018. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.07.2018, the petitioner sought time and therefore, it was adjourned to 19.08.2018. Thereafter, this case was adjourned periodically at the request of the petitioner. There was no representation for 2/4
the petitioner on 30.10.2018, 03.06.2020, 11.12.2023 and even today there is no representation for the petitioner despite the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal.
3.The petitioner has approached the respondent bank for educational loan in the year 2017 for his BE.Course. Though this Court has directed the petitioner to approach the respondent bank, he has not followed up with the respondent bank. Considering the passage of time and the relief sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
