Prayer in WMP(MD). 1165/ 2016 :

To STAY the operation of the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.1317/A/95, dated 02.01.1998 passed by the 2nd respondent, pending disposal of the above writ petition.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1317/A/95, dated 02.01.1998 and quash the same, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service and full back wages.

O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that as against the order dated 22.01.2016 passed in W.M.P(MD)No.1165 of 2016 in W.P(MD)No.1389 of 2016, a writ appeal has been filed and this Court, by an order dated 22.06.2016, granted an order of interim stay in CMP(MD)No.5823 of 2016 in W.A(MD)No.982 of 2016. 2.In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
