ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22675 of 2022, dated 21.12.2022, and requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court(Magistrate level),Palani,Dindigul District vide Letter D.No.483/2023, dated 17/07/2023, this Court made the following order:

Today, this Criminal Original Petition is listed under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.58 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Palani, Dindigul District.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order, dated 21.12.2022 and directed the trial Court to dispose of S.T.C.No.58 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Palani, Dindigul District, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3. Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate to dispose of S.T.C.No.58 of 2022 on or before 30.11.2023 and the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
