Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had alleged that the stamp papers used for conveying the petition mentioned land are fake. Enquiry was conducted by the third respondent into the petitioner's complaint and the petitioner's complaint was found to be without any basis. The first respondent issued the impugned communication to the petitioner informing him about the outcome of the enquiry. The said impugned communication is put to challenge in this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.2285 of 2017

3. Except making certain sweeping allegations, the petitioner has not really made good or substantiated his allegations. The enquiry officer had gone into the issue and made a categorical statement that the stamp papers are not fake. The petitioner is a lessee in respect of the land in question and it is quite possible that he felt aggrieved that the land was not sold to him. When the competent authority had gone into the factual aspects of the matter, I do not find any ground to interfere.

4. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS III) // True Copy // /07/2022 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) PMU To:
