ORDER

When the matter was taken up, it is represented by both sides that the issue relating to disbursement of terminal benefits has been settled by a Division Bench Judgment of this Court passed in W.A(MD)Nos.383 to 457 of 2015 on 12.06.2015 and therefore, same direction may be issued to the respondents.
