O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judge, 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Court, Thanjavur, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of his surrender before that Court in connection with Crime No.620 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.620 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC read with Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3. Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He would further submitted that the petitioner is involved in five previous cases, among them, one case in Crime No.876 of 2022 is filed for the similar offences. 2/4

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court and seek regular bail.
