ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the enquiry to some other agency to conduct further enquiry on the complaint made by the Petitioner dated 09.10.2023 pending before the 2nd Respondent within time stipulated by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is pending in this case and the second respondent undertakes to completed the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

3. In view of the submission, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties, within a period of fifteen(15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
