This application is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.15 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that a charge sheet has been filed and it was not taken on file.

4. In the above circumstances, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam to take the final report on file and number the charge sheet.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
