.. Respondent Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/second respondent for her willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.343 of 2016, dated 07.01.2016 and punish her.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider her Representation dated 19.12.2015 to revoke the suspension order and reinstate her with immediate effect within the stipulated time as fixed by the Honble Court. ORDER

This Court, by the order dated 07.01.2016, issued a direction to the second respondent therein to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

2.Contending that there is non-compliance of the order and the conduct exhibited by the respondent/second respondent amounted to willfull disobedience to the order passed by this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the representation submitted by the petitioner herein, has been considered and orders have been passed, vide Na.Ka.No.61592/2015/1-3, dated 09.05.2016. 4.Nothing survives for adjudication as the compliance has been reported. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
