Respondent/Respondent Prayer: This contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of the Courts Act, 1971 praying to call upon the contemnor for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22347 of 2014 dated 19.12.2014. Prayer in Crl.OP(MD)No.22347 of 2014:- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.99 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court and pass any such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of the Case.

O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondent for having not obeyed the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22347 of 2014 dated 19.12.2014, wherein, this Court has passed the following order:- ''4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the second respondent to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and to file charge sheet within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments.'' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that even prior to the order dated 19.12.2014, RCS has been served on the petitioner on 10.08.2014 and another copy of RCS has been served on the counsel for the petitioner today. 3.Hence recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law.
