This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3759/Aa1/2016, dated 31.01.2017 and

consequently, direct the respondents to retain the petitioner as Headmistress of the Panchayat Union Middle School at Urathuppatti, S.Pudur Union,

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner was transferred to some other place and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 26.08.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji
