has been settled by a Division Bench Judgment of this Court passed in W.A(MD)Nos.383 to 457 of 2015 on 12.06.2015 and therefore, same direction may be issued to the respondents.

2.Recording the above submission, the Contempt Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay the terminal benefits through twelve equal monthly installments. The first installment shall commence from 1st July, 2016. No costs.
