[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, restraining the fourth respondent from proceeding with the allotment process with respect to the allotment of the shops to the selected persons in pursuance to the tender notification dated 06.08.2015 till the disposal of the petitioner's representation, dated 20.11.2017 by the respondents 1 to 3 in accordance with law within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that pursuant to the tender notification dated 06.08.2015, the shops were allotted to the successful tenderer and subsequently vacated and further proceedings are also on. Such a fact was communicated to petitioner on 13.06.2017 itself and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.
