Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the record relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.10141/Aa2/2007 dated 09.01.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to disburse the monitory benefit of the petitioner which payable to her.

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for his willful and wanton disobedience and noncompliance of the order, dated 21.01.2016 made in W.M.P(MD)No.1042 of 2016 in W.P(MD)No.1270 of 2016.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the termination order, but during the pendency of the writ petition he attained the age of superannuation. Hence, this contempt petition is closed.
