Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus , to call for the records pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Pa.Mu.(A6)1191/12 dated 16.9.2014 and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to restore the patta in the pettioner s name within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.
