Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition-mentioned documents. The petitioner has two options before her. If she has to invoke Section 77A of the Act, then she has to wait for the decision of the Hon'ble Larger Bench. If the Hon'ble Larger Bench holds that Section 77A of the Act has retrospective effect, the petitioner can renew her request. The other option is to move the jurisdictional civil Court for enforcing her rights. Granting liberty to the petitioner to chose one of the options, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
