PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.1115/2017 Tho.Va dated 26.07.2017 and quash the same as illegal, consequently direct the respondents to waive the crop loans obtained under the head of the petitioner as an agriculture group from the 2nd respondent in its entirety.

This writ petition is filed as against the order passed by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Society, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District, rejecting the request of the petitioner for waiving off the crop loans availed by the petitioner.

2.Today(21.03.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition as the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn . No Costs.
