This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the final report in C.C.No.257 of 2023 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram, in connection with Crime No.161 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the case was split up as against the petitioner/A19 and renumbered as C.C.No.830 of 2025 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram; and that the petitioner pleaded guilty and was released on probation under Section 4(1) of the Probation of Offenders Act, 1958.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Thus, this Criminal Page No. 2 of 4

Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
