...Contemnor/Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying this Court to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor for his willful disobedience of the order dated 15.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16862 of 2014, and punish him under Contempt of Court Act.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.3 to provide five copies of Legal Heirship Certificate relating to the Petitionr Legal Heir Certificate in Ni.Mu. No. 00386/2010 (A2) dated 14.01.2010 on the basis of the letter issued by the Respondent No.1 in O.M.H.3/15372/2013 dated 06.09.2013 and on the basis of the circular issued by the Respondent No.2 Na.Ka. A1/3480/2013 dated 20.09.2013 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court. For Petitioner :Mr.R.Alagumani For Respondent : Mr.D.Muruganantham Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor for his willful disobedience of the order dated 15.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16862 of 2014, and punish him under Contempt of Court Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is not the legal heir of

late Ramavannan and his application for issuing legal heir certificate had been rejected by the respondent vide order dated 22.05.2017 in Na.Ka.No.a1/11722/2015. The learned Additional Government Pleader also produced the copy of the said order before this Court.

3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed, giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
