Today, the detenue produced before this Court. Enquiry of the detenue reveals that she has left the home on her own and has married one Suresh Kumar in front of a Church at Ranipet District and she is now living as wife with the said Suresh Kumar.
2. The petitioner is mother of the alleged detenue. On enquiry, she states that in the working place her daughter fell in love with the said Sureshkumar and she has entice her to leave the home. This Court, on interacting with the petitioner as well as the detenue and the said Suresh Kumar, who were present before this Cour today, finds that the daughter of the petitioner having fell in love with the said Suresh Kumar and living along with him and she being a major, 2/4
there is scope to entertain the jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
