ORDER
The present review application has been filed by the respondents in the writ petition, which was disposed of on 09.11.2022.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the review petitioners, they have not abandoned the impugned notification, dated 21.09.2013 and therefore, the said observation may be deleted. Deleting the said observation will no way affect the result in the main writ petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioner.
4. In view of the above said facts, the last sentence in Paragraph No.4 of the order starting from "Hence" and ending with "15.06.2010" is directed to be deleted. Hence, this Review Application stands allowed. No costs.

5. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy in the writ petition after deleting the said portion.
