PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.165 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.165 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to sale transaction issue between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the petitioner way laid the defacto complainant, abused her using filthy language and also cheated her.

3. An earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed for non prosecution. Without restoring the above said petition, the present petition has been filed. The second anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner is not maintainable. The petitioner is at liberty to file a restoration petition.
