ORDER
When the writ petition came up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties before the Mediation Centre and nothing survives for further adjudication. Therefore, he prayed for withdrawing the writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.The mediation report along with the settlement agreement entered into between the parties dated 26.07.2023 is also placed before this Court. 2/4
3.In view of the above submission and the endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The settlement agreement dated 26.07.2023 entered into between the parties shall form part of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
