ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the third respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, CSR was registered in No.234/2025 and the enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks. He would further submit that the result of the enquiry would be communicated to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
