This Court, by order dated 22.03.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.5636 of 2016 directed the respondent herein to serve charge memo after considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.02.2016 within a period of two weeks. Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
