Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has made certain allegations against the private respondents. It is seen that the third respondent has already enquired both the parties. Enquiry report is likely to be filed within a period of four weeks. It will be placed before the second respondent and thereafter before the first respondent who will decide the issue on merits and in accordance with law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The contentions of the both the parties are left open. 2/ 4
