The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.1008 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai vide E.filinf No. C.20240/007/24 dated 08.12.2024 and the same is yet to be taken cognizance.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
