This writ petition has been filed that the building plan approval was not accorded to the petitioner's property.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the building plan approval was granted on 07.04.2021 itself and he has also produced a copy of the same. 2.Recording the above submission this writ petition is closed. No costs.
