This petition is filed to punish the respondent for wanton and willful disobedience of the order passed by this court, dated 22.06.2015 in Contempt Petition No.665 of 2015 in Cont. P.No.1328 of 2014 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16663 of 2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate ( Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that in this case, charge sheet was filed on 19.06.2015 and it has taken on file in C.C.No.167 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudunagar.
