ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Conductor of the respondent Transport Corporation challenging an order of transfer, wherein he is transferred from Dindigul - 1 Branch to Palani Branch due to administrative reasons.

2. From the affidavit, it could be seen that the petitioner has been appointed in the year 2015 and right from the date of his appointment, he is in Dindigul - 1 Branch for the past eight years. A perusal of the order further indicates it is only on administrative grounds. A perusal of the affidavit does not disclose any mala fide intention or ulterior motive for effecting transfer from Dindigul to Palani. Hence, there are no merits in the present writ petition. 2/4

3. This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
