RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition totally imposed upon the petitioners /Accused by this Honble court in Crl M.P (MD) No. 8984 of 2022 in Crl O.P (MD) NO. 7100 of 2022 dated 03.08.2022 and pass such other order as this Honble court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJA.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in CRL.M.P(MD)No.8984 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7100 of 2022, dated 03.08.2022.

4.Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.M.P(MD)No.8984 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7100 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal on 15.02.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
