ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first to sixth respondents herein to forbear the seventh to ninth respondents from excommunicating the petitioner from the Thajul Islam Sangam / Jamath and enable the petitioner to worship in a peaceful manner. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondents would submit that the issue has been settled between the parties, that the Jamath authorities informed that they have not restrained the petitioner from entering into the Masque and they have celebrated Ramjan peacefully on 11.04.2023 and that as of now, there is no issue pending between the parties.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader may be recorded.

4.In view of the above submission that the matter was settled between the parties, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 16.04.2024 NCC :yes/No Index :yes/No Internet:yes/No gns 4/6
