This petition has been filed for seeking a direction to direct the third respondent not to interfere the civil subject matter in respect of properties situated in Survey No.730/3, 730/4, Thandaiyarkulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, which subject matter is pending adjudication in O.S.No.101 of 2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.22997 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned District Munsif, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that no complaint has been received against the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. However, if any fresh cause of action arises, liberty is given to the petitioner to works out his remedy as per law.
